recting, controlling, and evaluating are key stages that must
be carried out and organized to achieve the company’s stra-
tegic and tactical objectives. Likewise, factors influencing
employees’ professional development were identified, such
as training, motivation, promotion of responsibility, perfor-
mance evaluation, and word recognition, which significantly
impact their satisfaction. Finally, it was established that the
company’s administrative management, developed since its
inception, is proportionally adequate, as it has clear objec-
tives and well-structured processes to meet administrative
and production needs within the required timeframe. The
company operates as an association that produces flavored
banana flour to prepare smoothies and beverages for family
consumption.
