We are pleased to announce that the Journal of Food Science and Gastronomy, published by Publis Editorial, Ecuador, is now accepting submissions for its upcoming issue, Vol. 3 No. 1, scheduled for publication in January 2025.

We invite researchers, academics, and professionals to submit manuscripts that contribute to advancing knowledge in areas related to food science and technology, and gastronomy.
