Publis Editorial is an independent academic publisher operating without external funding or permanent institutional subsidies. In accordance with the Open Access publishing model, journals published by Publis Editorial apply Article Processing Charges (APC) to ensure the sustainability of editorial operations. APC are used solely for cost recovery related to publishing services and are not applied for profit-generating purposes.
APC amount and transparency
The Article Processing Charge is USD 230 per manuscript accepted for publication and is clearly stated on each journal’s website before manuscript submission.

This amount covers only the editorial services provided by Publis Editorial. Authors may incur additional costs related to bank fees, international transfer charges, currency conversion, or taxes imposed by financial regulations in their country. Such charges are outside the control of the publisher and remain the responsibility of the payer.

No hidden fees or additional charges are applied at any stage of the editorial process.
Purpose of the APC
APC revenue is used exclusively to support publishing operations, including editorial workflow management, peer review coordination, academic editing, digital production, metadata management, platform maintenance, and digital preservation.
